A few words from the lads of Team Ashworth

OC : Great day for everyone involved, I think we all are gelling more as a unit the more we bike with eachother, the sun was out and there weren't as many hills :) big confidance booster for everyone fingers crossed for smooth roads and hopefully we can bike downhill all the way to London. Great to see some supporters when we arrived as well :)

DM : day 4 was a great day we have got through today and it is getting harder but as a strong unit we are getting through it

AH: Great day out on the bikes, no break downs, hardly any hills and a good pace, hope the next two days go as well as today did!

BOD: Great Stuff out there today, great team work and motivating each other all the way! Conferdence is high and we're going to smash the next two days! London here we come.
e me feel

LB: Man down. Knees beat up. In the van on map reading duties. Devastated, amazing route to ride today. Over Humber Bridge, sun on your back and quality road surfaces. Honestly felt like crying missing out on it. Even so, g'ing the boys up giving as much support as I physically could made me feel proud to be part of this amazing event for an amazing cause. History in the making, big pat on the back Team Ashworth X

ML: Brilliant day today, lads done amazing. hard graft with completing 107 miles but got through it> watching rich go through the barriers was inspirational and the whole team sticking together helping everyone through it.Some great laughs today even in the driving seat. Makes me proud to be apart of the Ashworth team aswell as looking at sexy corans ass!!!!!!!!!!! lol keep it up n london will be ours in no time. x

KA: The past 4 days have been intense very hard for a lot of people, keeping morals up though, regretting some nights out,  but still worth it. Didn't understand how truely intense it was all gonna be, some of us not been able to do all of the miles for each day but everyones still supporting each other and helping each other through it all. And all of this is because of one man James Ashworth.

CA:  Well, where do i bloody starts, to say today has been hard is a lie, its been horrendous, emotional, horrible..any negative word you can think of its been! its been great cycling every mile with these boys, even after cimbing 3700 ft today they are still going strong, its great banter all day on the bikes.  the support wagons are pumping the tunes down the radio and keeoing us going.  what a week, what a team! Team Ashworth all the way.

D.R day 4 here we go after 2 bowls of cheerios we blitz the first 20 miles then the burn starts to kick in carl ashworth the absolute nightmare bins it cuz he was a complete hungover mess of a man and me and coran thrashed him for 20 miles he finally caved in then the professionals cracked on and smashed out the 107 mile heartattack nightmare of a bike ride o well off to bed to start the nightmare all over again and i thought bikerides we suppose to be a leisurly experience im never mounting a bike again after sunday !!!!!
