Arrived very late into Cayton Bay due to a number of crashes, injuries, punctures, bike repairs etc so apologies for a late update ......

GPS data is a little out of sorts due to my bike not being repairable in time for the rest of the lads to carry on with myself missing the best looking hills I have seen ..... soooooo fustrating watching the lads on the hills in the Yorkshire Dales whilst stuck in the passenger seat ...... but it was getting late with all the repairs throughout the day and we wouldnt of arrived in Cayton Bay in daylight otherwise.
Whilst here I have said I expected Wednesday to be the worst day but it was for all the wrong reasons, hopefully better luck is ahead for myself and the rest of the Team!
I'll leave you with the only thing that did make me smile on this fateful day, Duane 'struggling' a little :)
